Running tights are a must have in the cold weather! They can be a little pricey, but are totally worth it - my favorite brands are Pearl Izumi and Under Armour. Also, I usually always head out with my fleece zip up - picked it up from Target and it is super warm. If you are worried about slipping, something like YakTrax will give you some more traction. They look a bit dumb, but you won’t slip and slide around.
