Medjool dates are delicious and can be found in North America (they are one of the tastiest besides those you get from Saudi Arabia). They will do the trick :). I LOVE dates, they are so delish, and they are really good in smoothies too :P

Insanity Fast and Furious
This morning I tried out this quick 20 minute workout from Shawn T. It was pretty tough, there were actually points where Shawn T and his 2 buddies were hands on their knees, gasping for air so it was kinda reassuring that I was so exhausting too. In the words of Shawn T, “embrace the sweat.” Also, my pushups really need work.
